Located close to the Maastunnel, we have a student room available in a house that is shared with 3 tenants in total. The house has been renovated last summer 2023.

The room is available from 15 February or earlier if needed.

The room is furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, deskchair and cupboard. Each room has it's own sink with hot and cold water, refrigirator with freezer.

Together with another male and female tenant you share the brand new bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine for shared use and a balcony.

The deposit is 1 month rent and registration is possible.

The rent is €600,- including gas, electricity, water and internet. The rent is excluded local taxes.
