Furnished student room available per November 14th at the Walchersestraat in Rotterdam. The room is located at the top floor, furnished with the following items:

• Desk chair

• Bed

• Wardrobe

• Cupboard

At the same floor one other room is located, as well a toilet, the washing machine, living room and kitchen (fully equipped with dishwasher). All these items are shared with two other female tenants.

On the top floor is the bathroom with shower and toilet.

The rent is excluded gas, electricity, internet and local taxes. These costs are shared with the other tenants.
