The room is located at the first floor and furnished with a bed, wardrobe, cupboard, desk and deskchair. The room has it's own sink with hot and cold water and a balcony.

Together with 3 other (male and female) tenants you share the bathroom, separate toilet, living room, washing machine and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction cooker, refrigerator and freezer.

Registration is mandatory. The rent is included advance payment for gas, electricity, water and internet. The rent is excluded local taxes.
